Terms of use
Last updated 31 October 2026
The short version
- Juke is licensed to you under Apple's standard licence agreement. These terms add what's specific to Juke.
- Juke is exercise. Clear the space, play within your limits and stop if something hurts.
- Juke Pro renews automatically until you cancel it in Settings. Apple handles payments and refunds.
Who we are
Juke is made by TRIOFLOW LABS LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 16731070), registered office 14 Dyewood Close, Liverpool, L4 4AA, United Kingdom. You can reach us at support@letsjuke.com.
The licence
Your use of the Juke app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, with us as the licensor. If anything in these terms conflicts with it, the Apple agreement wins.
Playing safely
Juke gets you jumping, ducking and stepping, sometimes fast. Before you play:
- Clear about 2–3 m in front of the phone and room to step to each side. Move furniture, and keep pets and small children out of the way.
- Play on a floor that isn't slippery, in shoes with grip, with nothing hanging overhead you could hit when you jump.
- Warm up, play within your limits, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness or shortness of breath.
- If you have a health condition or injury, are pregnant, or haven't exercised for a while, check with a doctor first.
Juke is a game. It isn't medical advice and doesn't measure, diagnose or treat anything.
Free play and Juke Pro
You can play 3 runs a day for free (your first run doesn't count toward them). A new day starts at midnight on your phone.
Juke Pro removes the daily limit. It is an auto-renewing subscription sold by Apple, yearly or monthly, at the price the App Store shows you before you buy. The yearly plan starts with 7 days free, once per Apple ID; if you don't cancel during the free days, the first year is charged when they end.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Juke Pro, or from PRO · MANAGE in the game. You keep Juke Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription.
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Your rights under consumer law aren't affected by any of this.
If we change the price, Apple tells you before it applies, and asks for your agreement where that's required.
Fair play
Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell Juke, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others. The game, its art, its characters and its name belong to us.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Juke working and safe, but we can't see your room or know your health, so the safety steps above are yours to take. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't let us limit.

Changes and the law
We may update these terms as Juke changes; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or abroad, you keep the protections your local consumer law gives you.
