Privacy policy
Last updated 31 October 2026
The short version
- The camera never leaves your phone. Juke turns each frame into body points on the phone, uses them, and lets the frame go. Nothing is recorded or uploaded.
- There's no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking in the game.
- Apple handles payments. We never see your card or your Apple ID.
- We only get personal data if you send it to us: an email to support, or feedback from a beta test.
Who we are
Juke is made by TRIOFLOW LABS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16731070), registered office 14 Dyewood Close, Liverpool, L4 4AA, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data in this policy. Write to us about privacy at support@letsjuke.com.
In the game
The camera
Juke uses your iPhone or iPad's front camera to see your moves. Each frame goes through a pose model that runs on the device and finds the positions of your joints (shoulders, hips, knees, ankles and so on). The game reads those positions to tell a jump from a duck or a step, then the frame is gone. Frames and body points are not saved, and nothing from the camera is sent to us or to anyone else. Juke does not identify faces or people.
What stays on your phone
The game keeps a few small facts on your device so it works the way you left it: your best score, how many free runs you've used today, whether you've seen the Juke Pro offer, and whether Juke Pro is active and until when. They never leave the device, and deleting the app deletes them.
Purchases
Juke Pro is sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple takes the payment and keeps the record of your purchase; the game receives a signed confirmation from Apple, on the device, that your subscription is active. We don't receive your name, email address, Apple ID or card details. Apple sends us sales and subscription reports that don't identify you. Apple's own handling of your data is covered by Apple's privacy policy.
Notifications
If you start the free trial, Juke asks to send you one reminder before the trial ends. The reminder is scheduled on your phone; no notification service of ours is involved. You can turn notifications off in Settings at any time.
Playing on a TV
Screen mirroring with AirPlay is handled by your devices and iOS. Juke doesn't send anything to your TV itself.
Nothing else
The game has no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it doesn't use Apple Health. The game engine's own data services (Unity's analytics and crash reporting) are switched off. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone's settings, Apple may give us crash reports and usage statistics that don't identify you; you can change that in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
If you test a beta
Test versions of Juke are shared through Apple's TestFlight. If you join a test, Apple gives us your name and email address if we invited you by email, and anything you send through TestFlight: feedback, screenshots and crash reports. Test versions also keep a move log on your phone (the body points and game events of each run, never pictures), which you can choose to send us to help tune the controls. We use these only to improve Juke, and keep move logs for up to 12 months.
If you email us
When you write to support@letsjuke.com, we get your email address and whatever you put in your message. We use it to answer you and to fix what you report. Our email is hosted by Google (Google Workspace). We keep support conversations for up to 2 years after the last message, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.
This website
letsjuke.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other sites. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses and request details to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, and keeps them in short-lived security logs.
Our legal bases
Under the UK GDPR we rely on legitimate interests for the personal data we handle: answering the people who write to us, and improving Juke from the feedback testers choose to send. Where the law requires us to keep something, we rely on that legal obligation.
Who else is involved
| Who | What for |
|---|---|
| Apple | The App Store, payments, TestFlight, optional crash reports |
| Google (Google Workspace) | Our email |
| Cloudflare | Hosting and protecting this website |
These companies may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use the safeguards UK law requires, such as adequacy regulations or the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement. We don't sell personal data and don't share it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit what we do with it, or stop using it. Email support@letsjuke.com and we'll answer within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
Juke isn't directed at children under 13, and the game collects no personal data from anyone. If a child has emailed us, a parent or guardian can ask us to delete the message.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. If a change affects what the game does with your data, we'll say so in the app's release notes too.
